2021 the Kids Folkstyle State Championships is an open (No qualifier) tournament.

Entry Fee: $45 done online on trackwrestling.com by midnight of Sunday February 21^st so we can carefully plan due to Covid-19 occupancy restrictions. All competitors must have a USA Wrestling membership and show card at weigh-ins. Membership Cards are available online at usawmembership.com or onsite.

Registration and Weigh-ins: All wrestlers must weigh-in by the times listed above for their age group. Wrestlers must wear a singlet and a face covering during weigh-ins and no weight allowance is given for the singlet and face covering. Parents: Your wrestler must be in his/her singlet and have their USAW card before entering the weigh-in area. There is no area available for changing during the weigh-in process. Parents will be responsible for their child’s belongings during the weigh-in procedure.

Admission Prices: Only Immediate family members (Mom, dad and siblings) are allowed to come because of Covid-19 occupancy restrictions. All matches will be Trackcasted that cannot make it. Admission sold online through Trackwrestling.com. Adults (9^th Grade and older) $10.00 For Single Day Admission Children(K-8th) $5 For Single Day Admission, Under 5 years old and Competitors Free. Cash Only at Admissions.

USAW Coaches Cards Accepted for Free Entry but Coaches must purchase a Coaches Pass to coach mat side.

Coaches Passes: Coaches must buy a Coaches Band to coach mat side $10.00 for all Sessions. Only one coach allowed mat side per wrestler per our Covid-19 procedures put in place.IN ORDER TO BE ALLOWED MATSIDE TO COACH AT THE WWF KIDS FOLKSTYLE STATE TOURNAMENT, ONE MUST BE A CURRENT USA WRESTLING COACH MEMBER AND HAVE A COPPER COACHES CERTIFICATION OR HIGHER AND PURCHASE A COACHES BAND. THIS INCLUDES PARENTS, CLUB COACHES, ETC.
Awards: WWF Custom Trophy 1^st – 6^th place
Parking Fee: Woodside Sports collects a daily parking fee.
Covid-19 Protocols: Everyone entering must wear a face covering and wear it all the time except wrestlers while they are wrestling. Everyone must have their temperature taken as they enter and fill out questionnaire.
Wrestlers that are not assigned to a mat are not allowed on the arena floor. Warning: Singlets or approved two piece uniform and head gear is required. They also will enforce the WIAA mouth guard rule for wrestlers with braces. Also skin checks will be done. Girls must wear a female cut singlet or wear an approved undergarment underneath their singlet.

The Annual Meeting for parents with wrestlers in 5th-8th grades will be held Monday Nov 2^nd.

The Annual Meeting for parents with wrestlers in 2^nd grade experienced-4^th grade will be held Wednesday Nov 4^th.

The Annual Meeting for parents with wrestlers in Kindergarten – 2^nd grade rookies -4^th will be held Thursday Nov 5^th.

The location of the meetings is the Mukwonago High School in Lecture Hall SB Rm 42, this is located near the commons.

Registration can be completed with payment either before or after the brief meeting.

Registration is where you will complete payment and receive your packet of information.

• Complete registration: 6pm- 6:30 pm
• Annual meeting and board elections is 6:30 pm- 7:00 pm
• Complete registration: 7:00pm to 7:30pm

The brief meeting will discuss upcoming seasons changes, vote of board positions and of course answer questions.

No need to bring your wrestler(s) to the meeting; it is an informational meeting for the parents.  

These are positions on the board up for election: President, Vice President and 2 Directors Positions. If you are interested (email rvdusing@gmail.com ) or know someone who is interested, need to be nominated (or self-nominate) before the Monday Nov 2nd meeting as voting will take place at all 3 meetings.
