PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION CAREFULLY

First on The MWC annual meeting and signup will be Thursday Nov 3rd at 6:30pm at Clarendon Elementary School..(not the High school)

This is a change from the past years, these events were held on separate dates.

The idea is to get both events out of the way in one night.

We need everyone there by 6:30pm sharp. We will get through the agenda as quick as possible Our goal is 40 minutes.

The Annual agenda:

Open Meeting –

  • Introduction “About the Club”
  • Announce current & Accept New nominate for open positions.
  • Open
    Open Positions: Secretary, Treasurer & 3 board members, one’s responsible for the web site then Vote
  • 2010-2011 Financial Report.
  • Practice Schedule & Groupings 5:30-6:30pm / 6:45–8:00pm.
  • Fund Raisers Kringle/ & “New this Year” Grizzly Pizza
  • Mukwonago Grizzly Open Tournament.
  • 11/12 Club Schedule:
  • Code of Conduct / Singlet Policy
  • Skills Testing changes
  • New Website /Facebook / email / twitter
  • Any other questions or concerns

If you are interested in running for a Board Position, please let me know. I know that the Secretary and at least 1 of the board positions will be vacated by the previous member.

Second once the annual meeting is adjourned we will begin Signup.

“New” this year we are introducing e-sign-up.The idea is to get everyone to enter their information on-line. The idea is by entering your information directly into a club database. That way we will not have to read your writing and reenter it. Also if something changes you will be able to log in and change it on your own. Our goal then would be use this log in to enter tournament results and track your grizzly points, but that’s works in progress right now.

** If you do not have access to a computer we will have computers for folks to use at Sign up.

So the process works like this:

1)Open up your browser and type http://members.mukwonagowrestlingclub.com/

2)Enter your parent information

3)Enter your
wrestler’s information

4)Print the form and bring it to the meeting.

5)Pay at Sign-Up.

2011/12 Club Signup Fees are as follows.

$35 per wrestler on Nov 3rd, $45 per wrestler after Nov 3rd (discounts from families with multiple wrestlers)USA cards are an additional $35, All wrestlers are required to have a USA card, unless they have been exempted by me.

After paying collect the following information

  • Kringle/ Grizzly PizzaFund Raiser
  • Grizzly points
  • 2011/12 schedule
  • Practice assignment
  • Skills testing information

Finally bring your old wrestling shoes that you have outgrown, the club will sell to another wrestler for $5. Also any old Grizzly apparel will be sold at sign up at discounted prices.
